Returns Policy

Looking to return an item? Please review our requirements below!      


  • To initiate a return, customers must contact B-Star Store customer service to obtain a return authorization number. This number must be clearly indicated on the return packaging.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must remain intact. Items must be in a resalable condition.
  • Merchandise must have all labels, including hang tags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable goods include “final sale” products and may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details before making your purchase.
  • Shoes must be repackaged in their original shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the order to B-Star Store.
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

B-Star Store diligently inspects all items before shipping, making damaged merchandise highly unlikely. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and if the item does not match its original condition, the buyer will not receive a refund.                                                                                        

RETURN PROCESSING TIME                                                    

Upon receipt of your package, your return will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.


  • Carefully pack your merchandise in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition (including all documents, parts, and accessories) with attached tags.
  • Make sure to include your original invoice with your return.
  • Write the "Reason for Return" on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number of your return package to track the delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Once the returned items are received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process.
